export may not be imported into the Colony unless the case

Importers of morphine and oom-
pounds of opium must before taking delivery declare before
the Superintendent of Imports and Exports the nature and
amount of the morphine and compounds of opium to be in-
ported.

Regulations concerning the import
of morphine for export have been made more stringent in
order to ensure that morphine imported is in fact exported.
